MRG's Reliability Roadmap™ approach is designed to expose plant personnel to best practices and opportunities for improving reliability and maintenance practices. We begin with a Business Case for Reliability Workshop to demonstrate the financial benefits, costs, return on investment, and payback timeline associated with maintenance and reliability improvement efforts. After an Initial Site Visit used as an information gathering and organization session, we perform a Needs Analysis consisting of detailed interviews, data mining & analysis and report preparation. Finally, we summarize our findings and work with you to design the way forward in our Reliability Roadmap™ Workshop.

The Reliability Roadmap™ Workshop will provide you with a firm understanding of your current state and a clear idea of what your maintenance operations could look like. By taking into account your business and operational issues, the agreed upon implementation plan provide you with a realistic, detailed roadmap to reliability.
